Lapis Global Co., Ltd. ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and processes personal data as set out below.
1. Data collected and how
The Company collects the following through the website inquiry form and email. · Required: name, company or organisation, email address · Optional: phone number, project name, and any information the user voluntarily includes in the message No membership registration and no advertising cookies or behavioural tracking are operated.
2. Purpose of processing
Collected data is used solely to respond to quotation, sample, material and consulting inquiries and for related follow-up. It is not used for any other purpose or for marketing distribution.
3. Retention period
Data is retained for three years after the inquiry is resolved, then destroyed without delay — unless a longer period is required by applicable Korean law.
4. Third-party provision and outsourcing
The Company does not provide personal data to third parties. The following processor is used for hosting and inquiry delivery. · Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and inquiry form transmission The processor handles data only within the scope of the engagement, under the Company’s supervision.
5. Cookies and automatic collection
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and collects no behavioural data. All assets including web fonts are served from our own origin, so no connection data is transmitted to external providers.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time via hello@lapisglobal.co.kr. We respond within 10 days of receipt.
