About Lapis Global
We supply natural stone, Big Slab and tile to apartment developments, hotels and offices in Korea, and also advise on building-materials markets and material strategy. Lapis Global was founded in Seoul in November 2024.
Hyosung TNC partnership
Hyosung TNC is the Hyosung Group’s textiles and trading company, with consolidated revenue of about KRW 7.7 trillion in 2025. Lapis Global is the official sales partner of its Construction Materials Division and of HS Hyosung’s carpet division. The projects we show were supplied by Hyosung TNC, which also runs a subsidiary in Milan, branches overseas and a warehouse in Korea.
How supply works
Hyosung TNC signs large contracts directly, and Lapis Global signs small ones. We source materials with local suppliers in Italy, Spain, Oman, India, Vietnam and China.

- Stone
- Marble, granite and sandstone, sourced mainly in Italy, Spain and Oman. Before shipping we check the stone and its grade from photos and samples, and visit the quarry or plant ourselves when needed. Other origins can be sourced, subject to volume.
- Big Slab
- NUOVO CORSO porcelain slabs from Italy: 162×324 cm in 12 and 20 mm, 160×320 cm in 6.5 mm.
- Tiles
- Porcelain and ceramic tile from Europe and China, and Korean brands such as Dongseo and Sungil, supplied through Hyosung TNC.
- Engineered stone and access floor
- Engineered stone for kitchen and vanity tops. Access floor, including electrically insulating tiles for data centres.
- Carpet
- HS Hyosung carpet tile and broadloom for hotels, banquet halls and offices.
- Structural steel
- H-beams and rebar.
Hyosung TNC’s supply network
Milan, Italy. Hyosung TNC’s subsidiary manages Big Slab suppliers and lead times, and develops its own designs. Overseas stone plants. Hyosung TNC imports marble and granite direct from plants in Italy, Oman, India, Vietnam, China and elsewhere. Overseas branches. Hyosung TNC’s branches develop stone and tile products locally and manage quality inspection, production and supply. Warehouse in Korea. Hyosung TNC keeps material for defect repairs there and runs wholesale and retail tile sales.

On a project
Stone rarely seen in Korea can be sourced for a single project, and together with Hyosung TNC we meet the contract and payment terms major builders require.
How we work
Inquiries get a reply within one business day, and once we have drawings and a budget we propose the stone, thickness and finish. After the order we follow the schedule through to site delivery. Once the stone is installed, defect inquiries come to us whichever company holds the contract. We resolve whatever falls to us and pass anything that falls to Hyosung TNC on to them to resolve.
